Cambodia: Water and Sanitation

After heavy flooding in Cambodia’s Kandal province in 2011, the poorest households were especially prone to the problems caused by floods, with very low access to safe drinking water sources and sanitation facilities and a lack of good hygiene practices among the families.

This training and information video, produced by ACTED-PSF, was shown to the flood-prone villages at the end of the project and is also used to promote hygiene behaviours and to raise interest among villagers on the issues related to sanitation and safe-drinking water.
